EXCON 2025 | Showcase Your Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The Task Force on Diversity of EXCON invites all EXCON 2025 exhibitors to actively participate in an initiative to showcase their companywide initiatives on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), in the Construction Equipment industry.

The initiative encourages exhibitors to highlight their organisation’s DEI practices at their stalls — sharing how their company is fostering inclusion, creating equitable opportunities, and enabling diversity, equity and inclusion in the workforce.

How to Participate

Exhibitors are encouraged to creatively present their DEI initiatives through:

• Posters, panels, or wall displays showcasing DEI goals, milestones, and success stories.
• Showcasing DEI in the design of giveaways / mementos / gifts shared with stall visitors.
• Presentations, short videos or visual displays highlighting inclusive workplace policies, women empowerment initiatives etc.
• Women operating machines in their stalls.
• Any other innovative and engaging ways that reflect your company’s DEI initiatives, women empowerment efforts, engagement of military veterans (ex-servicemen), and other initiatives in your company

Your participation will help spotlight industry leadership in building inclusive and equitable workplaces.

Recognition at EXCON 2025

Members of the Task Force on Diversity will visit exhibitor stalls during EXCON and identify notable DEI practices. Exhibitors demonstrating exceptional initiatives will be presented with a recognition of their initiatives.
